MR. FUNMINIYI EBENEZER AFUYE (DIRECTOR)

Mr. Afuye had his first and second degrees from the University of Ife, where he obtained his B.Sc. (Hons) and M.Sc. in political science in 1982

He later obtained LL.B (Hon) from the University of Lagos and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1994.

He has worked with the then BCCI (now AIB), he was Operations Manager Equatorial Trust Bank Limited, Senior Manager First African Trust Bank Limited and Principal Partner of Funminiyi Afuye & Co. from 1995 to date.

Mr. Afuye is the Company Secretary and Legal Adviser.

MR. OLUKUNLE AYODEJI AKINDOJU ( DIRECTOR )

MR. AKINDOJU obtained OND and HND in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic Ibadan, a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Lagos; and a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from the same University.

He worked as the Plant Engineering Manager for NIGERCAFE & FOODS West Africa Limited.

He is the Managing Director of RAMCON (NIG.) LTD a Mechanical and Electrical Contracting Company and also the President of RAMTECH LTD INC. Atlanta Georgia U.S.A. a Company that deals in Real Estate Investment.

MR. EMEKA NDU (DIRECTOR )

Mr. Ndu has a B.sc in Accountancy from the University of Nigeria Nsukka. He also attended Lagos Business School. A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a member of Nigerian Institute of Taxation.

Emeka Ndu is the current Managing Director of C & L Leasing Plc., Lagos. He joined C&L Leasing in 1991 and brought about a sustained growth in the turnover and profit before tax of the company.

He has worked as an Associate/Senior at Ventures & Trust Limited Lagos, Group Finance Manager at Apapa Trawlers Limited and has audit experience while with the then Price Waterhouse, Lagos. Emeka Ndu was the Chairman Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria between 1996 and 2000.
